The Bahamas Rowing Federation runs programs from Learn to Row to the National Competitive Squad. All programs are based at Lake Cunningham, Nassau unless noted.

Beginner

Learn to Row

Structured introduction to sculling on Lake Cunningham. No experience needed — all equipment provided.
